INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).
- A The controller of your personal data is Morris & Lloyd Broker Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. (KRS [National Court Register] No. 714671), hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller. The Data Controller offers the acquisition of properties in investments carried out by the Data Controller’s partners.
- The Data Controller has appointed the Data Protection Officer. You can contact the Data Protection Officer in all matters relating to the protection of your personal data, including to exercise your rights referred to in items 8 and 9 or to withdraw your consent as referred to in item 10:

- Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- o contact you by phone or e-mail and present you with an offer to purchase a property in the investment in connection with you completing and sending the contact form, which constitutes your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); or
- to send you marketing information concerning other investments which are included in the Data Controller’s offer and carried out by the Data Controller’s partners, on the basis of your consent expressed by ticking an additional checkbox under the contact form (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); or
- to take action at your request prior to entering into a contract, if you have made such a request, including to execute a property agency contract and enable the booking and purchase of a property, which involves the transfer of personal data to the Data Controller’s partner offering the property for purchase (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); or
- to arrange an appointment with you regarding the services and products offered by the Data Controller, which is a legitimate interest of the Data Controller (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR); or
- to perform agency contracts between the Data Controller and partners offering to purchase properties or other real property agents cooperating with the Data Controller, which is a legitimate interest of the Data Controller (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- The provision of personal data is voluntary. The Data Controller contractually requires the provision of personal data to enable contact with you via the form:
- name and surname (you need to provide this data to use the form; if you do not, you will not be able to send the form and the Data Controller’s offer will not be presented to you);
- phone number or e-mail address (you need to provide at least one of both to submit the form, depending of your preferred form of contact; you may provide both a phone number and an e-mail address if you agree to be contacted by phone and by e-mail, or only one if you agree to be contacted by phone or by e-mail only).
- Your personal data will be processed:
- until you withdraw your consent to the processing, if it is based on your consent; or
- for the period necessary to take action in relation to entering into the contract referred to in item 4(c) and, once it is entered into, until the expiry of the period of limitation of claims arising from the contract; or
- in the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest referred to in item 4(d) and (e), until the date on which an effective objection is lodged or until the date on which the legitimate interest referred to in items (d) or (e) is fulfilled.
- The following entities may be recipients of your personal data:
- persons performing real property agency activities on behalf of the Data Controller;
- entities providing IT, accounting, marketing, telecommunications, or legal services to the Data Controller;
- the developer of the investment project in which the property will be located or of the investment you decide to purchase or pre-book.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, and to have the processing restricted.
- If the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you raise an objection, the Data Controller will cease processing your personal data unless the Data Controller demonstrates that there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, asserting, or defending against claims. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In this case, the Data Controller will cease the direct marketing.
- To the extent that you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
